We had the best day ever! Bottom line Clear Modern Mortgage is a great company to do business with. Tim McCoy is a very charismatic and knowledgeable lender. They are there for you through every step of the process and make purchasing a new home a stress free and enjoyable experience. They are great at working with you and take the time go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with their services. Tim McCoy came to our closing at 10AM on a Friday morning, we believe he drove several hours to be there for us during this time which we were completely blown away and couldn't be happier with Tim. We highly recommend Tim and the entire Mortgage McCoy team to anyone purchasing a home in Texas and the greater Austin area.
